I speak ten languages fluently and have lived and worked in multicultural teams in ten countries on four continents. I have travelled even wider as a corporate trainer in topics ranging from IT to diversity. My commitment to diversity started at an early age, as I have always had a strong sense of justice.

I have worked closely with organisations striving for gender equality, fighting race discrimination and promoting LGBTQI rights. I find people fascinating and truly delight in how wonderfully different we all are, and bring this to my work. In my coaching and training, I create a safe environment free of judgement where people can be themselves and thrive to their full potential.
